MEF Okulları öğrencilerin okul servis araçlarında geçirdikleri zamanı da eğitim sürecinin bir parçası olarak değerlendirmektedir.
Öğrenci servisleri, teknik açıdan kusursuz, periyodik bakımları yapılmış, tam donanımlı araçlardır. Tüm servis araçlarında emniyet kemeri uygulaması zorunludur. Servis araçlarının hız raporları İdari İşler Birimi tarafından düzenli olarak kontrol edilmektedir. Her öğrenci sabah servis rehberi tarafından evinin kapısından alınıp, akşam yine evinin kapısına bırakılıncaya kadar geçen süre içinde, okulda geçen süre dahil, Ferdi Kaza Sigortası ile sigortalanmıştır.
Servis Kuralları
Güvenlik Açısından;
- Servis aracı hareket halindeyken öğrenciler ayağa kalkmaz ve aracın içinde dolaşmazlar.
- Servis araçlarının camları belli bir aralıktan fazla açılmaz. Öğrenciler camlardan dışarı sarkmazlar.
- Öğrenciler istedikleri yerde araçtan inmezler, ancak veli, önceden okul yönetimine bildirip onay aldıysa izin verilir.
- Öğrenciler, kendilerine gösterilen yerlere, özellikle küçük yaş grubundakiler orta sıradaki koltuklarda, otururlar.
- Öğrenciler emniyet kemeri takarlar.
Temizlik ve Sağlık Açısından;
- Öğrenciler, servis araçlarında yiyecek yemezler.
- Öğrenciler çöpleri araçlardaki çöp kutusuna atarlar.
- Servis araçlarında, öğrencilerin ihtiyaç hissettikleri durumlarda kullanmaları için torba bulundurulur.
- Öğrenciler, ihtiyaç duyduklarında hosteslerden su veya peçete isteyebilirler.
Kişilerarası İlişkilerde Saygı İlkesinin Gözetilmesi Açısından;
- Servis araçlarında, Öğrenci Yönetim Kurulunun belirlediği radyo müzik kanalları dışında müzik yayını yapılmaz, dışarıdaki
- insanların dikkatini çekecek kadar yüksek tonda müzik dinlenmez.
- Servis araçları, sabah ve akşam saatlerinde tam zamanında hareket eder.
- Öğrenciler, araç sürücüleri ve hosteslerine saygılı davranırlar.
- Büyük öğrenciler, küçük öğrencileri korurlar.
- Öğrenciler arasındaki ilişkiler, sevgi ve saygı esasına dayanır.
- Öğrenciler, acil durumlarda servis aracındaki telefonu kullanmak için izin isteyebilirler.
- Servis araçlarında, başkalarını rahatsız edecek biçimde yüksek sesle konuşulmaz.
- Servis araçlarının pencere, koltuk, döşeme vb. eşyalarına zarar verilmez.
MEF Schools considers the time spent by students on school buses as a part of the learning process.
The student buses are fully-equipped, impeccably-maintained and periodically serviced. Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory on all service vehicles. The speed reports of school buses are regularly checked by the Administrative Affairs Unit. Every student is insured with personal accident insurance from the moment they are picked up from home by the shuttle hostess in the morning, throughout their day at school, and until they are dropped off at the door again in the evening.
School Bus Rules
In the interests of safety:
- students do not stand up or walk around while the service vehicle is in motion.
- the windows of service vehicles cannot be opened more than a certain interval; students are not allowed to hang out of the windows.
- students will not be allowed to alight from the vehicle at a location other than their home, unless their parents have notified the school administration beforehand and received approval.
- students sit in the places allocated to them; younger students, in particular, are allocated seats in the central rows.
- students wear seat belts at all times.
In the interests of Health and Hygiene:
- students are not allowed to eat food in the service vehicles.
- students throw garbage in the waste receptacle on the vehicle.
- bags are kept on service vehicles for students to use whenever required.
- students can ask for water or napkins from the hostesses whenever required.
In the interest of respectful interpersonal relationships:
- music, other than the radio music channels determined by the Student Council, is not played in the service vehicles.
- music is not played at a distractingly high volume.
- service vehicles arrive and depart at the designated time each morning and evening.
- students treat their drivers and hostesses with respect.
- older students protect younger students.
- relationships between students are based on love and respect.
- students request permission to use the phone in the service vehicle in the event of an emergency.
- loud voices are not used in service vehicles, so as not to disturb others.
- do not damage the school bus windows, seats, flooring, etc.
