2026-2027 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Öğrenci Kayıt ve Kabul Süreçleri

Okulumuzun kayıt-kabul süreçleri öğrencilerimizin nitelikli ve bütünsel gelişimini merkeze alan bir anlayışla yürütülmektedir. Aday velilerimizi MEF Okulları öğrenme kültürü ve okul iklimi ile tanıştırdığımız kayıt ve kabul süreçlerine ilişkin detayları aşağıda bulabilirsiniz. 

Kayıt Süreci

• Kayıt yaptırmak isteyen aday veliler “Kayıt Birimi”ne başvurur ya da web sayfası üzerinden online “Başvuru Formu”nu doldururlar.
• Kayıt danışmanları tarafından aday velilere kayıt kabul süreci ile ilgili bilgilendirme yapılır. Uygulama ve görüşmeler hakkında gerekli bilgiler ve randevular verilir.
• Okul yönetimi okul tanıtım randevusu verilen veliye okul tanıtımı yapar.
• İlkokula başvuran tüm öğrencilere Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık Birimi tarafından tanıma çalışması uygulanır.
• Kayıt-Kabul Komisyonu sonuçları değerlendirir. Değerlendirme sonucu olumlu olan öğrencilere kayıt mektubu gönderilir.

Kabul Süreci 

• İlkokul 1. sınıfa kurum dışından başvuran öğrenciler, Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık Birimi tarafından yapılan tanıma çalışması sonucunda kayıt komisyonunun değerlendirmeleri ile kayıt hakkı kazanırlar.
• İlkokul 2., ve 4.sınıflara öğrenci alımında Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık Birimi tarafından yapılan tanıma çalışmasının yanı sıra öğrencilerin seviyelerine uygun olarak okuma-anlama ve dört işlem becerilerini değerlendiren bir uygulama yapılır. Kayıt-Kabul Komisyonu sonuçları değerlendirir, komisyon kararıyla kontenjan oranında kayıt yapılır.

Okullararası Geçiş Süreci

• MEF Anaokulunu bitiren öğrencilerin anaokulundaki değerlendirmeleri dikkate alınarak kayıtları yapılır.
• MEF İlkokulu 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin, ilkokul yönetimi ve öğretmenlerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda, MEF Ortaokuluna doğrudan geçiş hakkı vardır.

2025-2026 Academic Year Student Admissions

• Students completing MEF Kindergarten are enrolled in the 1st grade based on their kindergarten evaluations.
• Students applying to the 1st grade from outside the institution are eligible for enrollment following an evaluation by the Admissions Commission, conducted through a recognition study by the School Counseling Department.
• For students applying to 2nd and 3rd grades, the School Counseling Department conducts a recognition study, followed by an assessment of reading comprehension and four-operation skills based on the students’ level.
• Students applying to the 4th grade take a placement test covering 3rd-grade material, designed in line with the principles determined by the school administration.
• On the same day, the School Counseling Department conducts a student recognition study.
• The Admissions Commission evaluates the results, and enrollment is made according to the quota with the decision of the commission.
• The English language level of those students enrolling in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades is determined.

Admissions Process

• Prospective parents who wish to enroll their child can submit the application form online via our website or in person at our Admissions Office.
• Admissions officers provide information about the admissions process and schedule meetings between the school administration and candidate parents for further details.
• The school administration meets with parents who have been scheduled for a school introduction appointment to provide an overview of the school.
• The School Counseling Department conducts a recognition study for all students applying to primary school.
• Students applying to the 2nd and 3rd grades of primary school are assessed to identify their reading comprehension and four-operation skills, conducted in accordance with their level following the student recognition study.
• Students applying to the 4th grade of primary school take a placement test appropriate to their level, conducted in line with the principles set by the school administration.
• The Admissions Commission reviews the results, and enrollment approval is granted in proportion to the quota, based on the commission’s decision. 

Transition Process between Schools

• Students who complete MEF Kindergarten are enrolled based on their evaluations in kindergarten.
• MEF Primary School 4th grade students have the right to transfer directly to MEF Middle School, based on the recommendations of the primary school administration and teachers.
