MEF Yaz Akademisi, öğrencilerin yaz dönemini nitelikli, ilham verici ve gelişim odaklı programlarla değerlendirmelerini amaçlayan özel bir eğitim platformudur. Akademi kapsamında farklı yaş gruplarına yönelik, içerik ve uygulama bakımından güçlü, seçkin ve güncel programlar sunulacaktır. Programlar; akademik gelişim, liderlik, küresel farkındalık, iletişim, yaratıcılık ve geleceğin yetkinlikleri gibi alanlarda öğrencilerin çok yönlü gelişimini desteklemeyi hedefler.

MEF Yaz Akademisinin ilk programı, Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations tarafından düzenlenen Genç Küresel Liderler Programıdır. Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) tarafından geliştirilen bu 5 günlük program, öğrencileri yalnızca bugünün meselelerini anlamaya değil, yarının dünyasında söz sahibi olmaya da hazırlayan güçlü bir liderlik deneyimi sunar. Dünyanın farklı yerlerinden yükselen fikirleri aynı zeminde buluşturan HPAIR yaklaşımı, öğrencilere erken yaşta uluslararası ölçekte düşünme ve liderlik potansiyellerini keşfetme fırsatı sunar.

Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) tarafından geliştirilen program, öğrencileri yalnızca bugünün meselelerini anlamaya değil, yarının dünyasında söz sahibi olmaya da hazırlayan güçlü bir liderlik deneyimi sunar. Bu programın en değerli çıktılarından biri, öğrencilerin yalnızca bilgi edinmeleri değil; karmaşık küresel sorunlara karşı fikir geliştiren, iş birliği kuran ve etki üretmeyi hedefleyen genç bireyler olarak güçlenmeleridir. Harvard tarzı seminer yaklaşımıyla şekillenen bu deneyim, öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme, tartışma kültürü, araştırma merakı ve uluslararası perspektif geliştirmelerine katkı sağlar. Dünyanın farklı yerlerinden yükselen fikirleri aynı zeminde buluşturan HPAIR yaklaşımı, öğrencilere erken yaşta uluslararası ölçekte düşünme ve liderlik potansiyellerini keşfetme fırsatı sunar.

• İngilizce yetkinliği esas alınarak programa 6-7 ve 8. sınıf öğrencileri katılabilir. (2025-2026 eğitim-öğretim yılında 6-7-8. sınıfı tamamlayanlar.)

• Diğer okulların öğrencileri için program ücreti: 1.200 USD

MEF Summer Academy is a specialized educational platform designed to help students make the most of their summer through high-quality, inspiring, and development-oriented programs. As part of the Academy, distinguished, up-to-date, and content-rich programs will be offered for different age groups. These programs aim to support students’ holistic development in areas such as academic growth, leadership, global awareness, communication, creativity, and future-ready competencies.

The first program of MEF Summer Academy is the Young Global Leaders Program, organized by the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations. Developed by HPAIR, this 5-day program offers students a powerful leadership experience that prepares them not only to understand the issues of today, but also to become active contributors to the world of tomorrow. By bringing together ideas emerging from different parts of the world on a common platform, the HPAIR approach provides students with the opportunity to think on an international scale and discover their leadership potential at an early age.

Developed by the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR), this program offers students a strong leadership experience that prepares them not only to understand today’s issues, but also to play an active role in shaping tomorrow’s world. One of the most valuable outcomes of this program is that students do not merely gain knowledge; they also grow into young individuals who can generate ideas, collaborate effectively, and aspire to make an impact in response to complex global challenges. Shaped by a Harvard-style seminar approach, this experience contributes to the development of students’ critical thinking, discussion culture, research curiosity, and international perspective. By bringing together ideas from different parts of the world on a common platform, the HPAIR approach enables students to think globally and discover their leadership potential from an early age.

• Program Duration: 1 week
• Quota: Limited to 20 students (registration will be based on order of application)
• Certificate: A certificate will be awarded. Attendance is mandatory in order to receive the certificate.
• Eligibility: Students transitioning from Grade 6 to Grade 7 and from Grade 7 to Grade 8 may participate based on their English proficiency. This includes students who complete Grades 6, 7, or 8 in the 2025-2026 academic year.

• Program fee for MEF Schools students: USD 1,100
• Program fee for students from other schools: USD 1,200

The first 20 applicants will be sent the payment details. All other applications will be placed on the waiting list.
