MEF Okullarında bir hekim, iki  hemşire ve bir yardımcı personelden oluşan kadro ile okul saatleri içinde hizmet veren sağlık birimi bulunmaktadır.

Öğrencilerin rahatsızlıkları  olduğunda.ilk muayenesi sonucunda gerekirse acil müdahalesi veya  takibi yapılır, İleri tetkik ve tedavi gereken durumlarda aile ile de temasa geçilerek hastane sevki gerçekleştirilir. Her öğrenim yılı başında öğrencilerin sağlık bilgileri güncellenir ve gizlilik ilkesine uygun şekilde kaydedilir. Kronik hastalığı olan,takibi gereken veya sorun yaşaması muhtemel öğrencilerin bilgileri ders yılı başında yalnızca ilgili öğretmenler ve rehberlik birimi ile paylaşılır.

Bunun yanı sıra; öğrencilerin hastalıklardan korunmaları için gerekli önlemlerin alınması, sağlıklı okul yaşamının sağlanması ve sürdürülmesine yönelik hizmetler ( gıda ve su numuneleri tahlili, portör muayeneleri, sağlık taramaları ve eğitim seminerleri vb.) yürütülür. Ayrıca beslenme komisyonuna katkıda bulunulur.

MEF Schools has a health unit staffed by one doctor, two nurses and a healthcare assistant, operating during school hours. When students feel unwell, they receive an initial assessment; if needed, urgent care or observation is provided. Where further tests or treatment are required, families are contacted and the student is referred to hospital.

At the start of each academic year, students’ health records are updated and stored in line with confidentiality and data-protection principles. Information about students with chronic conditions, those requiring monitoring or those who may need additional support is shared only with relevant teachers and the Guidance and Counselling Unit.

To help prevent illness and sustain a healthy school environment, the unit carries out preventive health measures, including testing of food and water samples, food-handler screening, routine health checks and health-education sessions. The health unit also contributes to the work of the Nutrition Committee.
